SEFOWOD High Torque Stepper Motor Driver CNC Controller STD245M 0.7-3A DC24-50V 40000 Microsteps Customizable with Any Subdivision Compatible with Nema17/23 Stepper Motor

1. Operating parameters: The SEFOWOD STD245M becomes a new generation of all-digital stepper motor driver by adopting an advanced 32-bit microprocessor chip combined with self-developed patented technology. Signal voltage: fully compatible from 5V to 24V; signal frequency: ≤150KHz; trigger mode: triggered by falling edge, and triggered by rising edge can be modified; working mode: single pulse by default, double pulse (requires manufacturer setting).
2. Performance characteristics: The STD245M micro-step driver of Sefowod provides precise current and subdivision settings. Its current setting range is 0.7 - 4.2A; the subdivision setting range is 200 - 40,000 to achieve optimal motor control.
3. Size&weight:STD245M volume:118x75.5x34.25mm(4.65inchx2.97inch x1.39inch). Weight: 0.5 lbs.
4. Application scope: The STD245M, a new generation of all-digital stepper driver, is suitable for the entire series of Nema17 and Nema23 stepper motors. Application fields: dispensing machines, coating machines, SMT equipment, 3C equipment, laser engraving, non-standard automation and other high-end equipment fields.
5.Precautions: 1. The input voltage shall not exceed 50V DC. 2. By default, the falling edge of the pulse signal is effective. For rising edge control, the internal parameters of the driver need to be set. 3. If the temperature of the driver exceeds 75 degrees, the driver will activate the overheat protection function. The fault indicator light ALM will light up. Until the temperature of the driver drops to 50 degrees or below, the fault indicator light ALM will go out. The driver needs to be powered on again to resume operation. In case of overheat protection, please install a heat sink. 4. In case of overcurrent (load short circuit), the fault indicator light ALM will light up. Please check the motor wiring and other short circuit faults. After troubleshooting, the driver needs to be powered on again to resume operation. 5. To obtain the best performance, please select the stepper motor adapted by our company.
