SEFOWOD High Torque Stepper Motor Driver CNC Controller STD860S 1.2A-6.0A AC20-80V/DC24-110V 40000 Microsteps Customizable with Any Subdivision for Nema17/23/34 Stepper Motor

1.Operating parameters: The SEFOWOD STD860S constitutes a new generation of all-digital stepper motor driver by combining an advanced digital signal processing (DSP) chip with self-developed patented technology. Signal voltage: Fully compatible from 5V to 24V. Signal frequency: Less than or equal to 150 kilohertz. Trigger mode: Triggered by falling edge by default and can be modified to be triggered by rising edge. Working mode: Single pulse by default, double pulse and speed input/output (requires setting).
2.Performance Characteristics: The STD860S micro-step driver of SEFOWOD offers precise current and subdivision configurations. The current setting range is from 1.2 to 6.0 amperes. The subdivision setting range is from 200 to 40,000, aiming to achieve a more stable operation of the motor.

4.Application scope: The STD860S, a new generation of all-digital stepper driver, is suitable for the entire series of Nema23 and Nema34 stepper motors. This product is widely applied in large and medium-sized CNC equipment with high resolution, such as SMT peripheral equipment, engraving machines, medium-sized CNC machine tools, computer embroidery machines, and packaging machinery.
5.Precautions:
A. The input voltage shall not exceed AC80V and DC110V.
B. By default, the falling edge of the pulse signal is effective. For rising edge control, the internal parameters of the driver need to be set.
C. If the temperature of the driver exceeds 75 degrees, the driver will activate the overheat protection function. The fault indicator light ALM will light up. The fault indicator light ALM will go out only when the temperature of the driver drops to 50 degrees or below. The driver needs to be powered on again to resume operation. In case of overheat protection, please install a heat sink.
D. In case of overcurrent (load short circuit), the fault indicator light ALM will light up. Please check the motor wiring and other short circuit faults. After troubleshooting, the driver needs to be powered on again to resume operation.
